FORMWORK is a 30-second fashion film built entirely from a single editorial photoshoot and directed end-to-end through AI video generation. Working from a set of reference stills, I developed the creative direction, narrative concept, and full production pipeline — model and wardrobe consistency, shot sequencing, camera language, VFX, and voiceover — and translated it into a structured prompting system that guided Seedance 2.5 through Weavy AI to generate every shot. The film follows a single arc across seven looks against a brutalist concrete backdrop, escalating from restrained stillness to fast, glitch-driven momentum, with a sparse voiceover carrying the emotional throughline. It's a case study in directing AI tools toward a deliberate creative outcome, not letting the tool drive the result.
